QUESTIONS

  • What is your return policy?
    You may return products purchased from us that are in new or defective condition (due to materials or craftsmanship) for a refund subject to the terms of the Return Policy. If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your online order, please contact us right away. Online purchases may not be exchanged by mail. Please use the step-by-step instructions below to return your item(s): STEP 1: Package your items and your Shipping Confirmation email. Place your items in a box — the one your order came in can easily be reused — along with any necessary packing materials. Print and enclose your Shipping Confirmation email to use as your return receipt. If you are unable to include your Shipping Confirmation email because you lost the email or don’t have access to a printer, be sure to include your order number, billing name, and address on a piece of paper with your return. If your return is sent back without this information, we will not be able to process your refund. STEP 2: Take your package to the carrier of your choice. Be sure that your return is properly insured and trackable so you’ll be able to ensure your package arrives as expected. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.   • What if my Item arrives Damaged?
    We're sorry to hear your item arrived damaged. Please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
  • What if my package is Late or Lost?
    Is your delivery running late? We ask that you wait five additional business days beyond your Expected Delivery Date to allow for any carrier delays. Didn't receive your order and the tracking status shows Delivered? We ask that you please allow three additional business days past the delivered scan as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early. Please be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf. Have you already waited the additional time and still don't have your package? Contact us immediately. Please be sure to have your order number ready.
  • How do I get added to the mailing list?
    To sign up for our mailing list, simply use our "Let's Stay Connected" Form. Please be sure to provide all relevant information for this to be processed correctly.
  • When will my order ship?
    In-stock merchandise will ship within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be longer during high volume periods. You can sign up for shipping updates via the link found in your shipping confirmation email.
